Stourbridge CC 1^st October 2006

Isla Rowntree finished first lady at Aldersley Stadium, Wolverhampton in the second round of the West Midlands Cyclo-Cross League on Sunday. This follows on from her win the previous week at the Three Peaks cross in Yorkshire.

A smaller attendance from Stourbridge at Wolverhampton due to riders having other commitments, however, Hannah Payton finished in the U16 youths race as 3^rd girl and 15^th overall. This was Hannahs first race with older competitors and she gave a quality performance. Brother Tom failed to finish (for the first time ever?) after suffering a mechanical problem.

Alistair Milner also rode and finished 79^th overall.
