hi all, thought id ask how everyone is getting on with there winter training. :roll: am fed up of the turbo triner is anyone getting out or am i just a wussssssssssssss :twisted:

Oh dear! A tale of woe. Only some easy rides, some off-road rides, loads of fun, a bit of a workout but not a good start. Can't face the turbo, I've looked at it every day this week and can't force myself onto it.

Anyway you must be a wuss because the hard folks were out on their mountain and cross bikes at the weekend, a couple of superb rides albeit very local - Kinver & Baggeridge. Looking forward to clean tarmac though....

Yep same here - bit of turbo but mainly mountain bike rides be glad when the roads are clear again!!!

Come on you softies, get out on any old off- road bike, you will find an hours ride in this stuff a really good workout. Take it easy though and be carefull ( I only fell off "slowly" yesterday 3 times )!
