Hi Lee
All things being equal I shall be doing this ride.
A few others at the clubroom on Monday seemed up for it as well

Are many people doing the Snowdrop on the 6th this year?

Hi Dave,

I won't be as i'm going to do a ride with some from work who are interesting in racing for WMP CRT this year, don't think they realise yet how fast the racing pace is likely to be though!
Are you riding Sunday?

I did look at the course, and I don't think it's particularly demanding (unless I've missed something), I just don't feel that I've got enough miles in my legs at the moment
I had a motivational chat with my unofficial coaches (Stef and Kevin, unpaid, obviously!) at Roger's do on Monday, and I have got a few miles in this week. I went to a spinning class at the gym last night. I must remember not to start in too high a gear next time! We did forty minutes and my legs were like spaghetti at the end. I felt so rough this morning that I went out and did twenty miles on the little ring, just to try and get rid of the aches!
But at least I have my harris in gear, and I can get start looking forward to this year's goals.

Blimey, mate, have they got broadband in Telford now!
Aberdovey would be good, whether it's the Police run or by ourselves. Islay and Arran in August, and if I can get fit enough, I fancy having a go at a time trial.
Think it's a mid life crisis!
I had a chat with Stef and he reckons I need to put about eight hours a week in to get where I need to be. I don't spend that much time at work!
You getting out much?
I thought about parking at your place and riding from there when the days get a bit longer. Having said that we could do the cycle lane on the A449 now.
You up for it?

Hi Chris, I think there were 10 of us from SCC who rode today. It was a cracking route for moving fast in a large bunch. Its the first Reliabilty Ride that I've ridden - it was brilliant and good training for the coming season so I'll be looking for some more in the coming weeks. We even finished off with a couple of pints of Enville bitter!

I believe Wolverhampton Wheelers have some coming up later this month?
