Cannock Sunday March 7th

Postby pixsell » Mon Mar 01, 2010 10:51 pm

If anyone is interested in riding at Cannock this coming sunday, I'm planning on being at the trail center around 9-9:30am We'll do the "Follow the dog" trail which has recently had some work done to make it longer and more interesting. I you haven't been before it's well worth the trip and provides a semi tech trail with clinbs and decents suitable for the average rider. It's marked the whole way, so you can't get lost. Nice cafe for a cuppa afterwards too......
There's no need to contact me. Just make yourself known. I'll be in a goofy red van with a"Doctor Plumb" logo on the sides.
Hope to see some of you there.

Yo James,
I'm gonna be there. Need to get a few miles in before the next round of beer drinking the week after!
The trail has been 'extensively improved' so will be good to see the differences.

The new 'improvements' aren't going to be open until Easter and I think some sections of the FTD are closed for rework too.

Bummer! I'm still going anyway. We'll just have to follow the cat instead.

I'll follow my nose - it's never got me into any bother before, huh! Anyway, following either of you usually ends in disaster.

I always fear when you're behind me...... the last time I had a handlebar insertion moment!

But as I have gears there is no danger of you backward single speed lot catching me
